Though originally from the Dominican Republic, Delin is a lifelong New Yorker. She holds a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) and comes from a successful entrepreneur family. Prior to joining Greenapple as a Marketing Director, Delin worked in as real estate agent over six years. She has keen eye for value and potential in a space to make it your perfect home.

Andrea was born and raised in Transylvania, Romania and she is fluent in Romanian, Hungarian and English. After earning a B.A in Psychology from a University in Europe, she moved to New York in 2005 and pursued her lifelong enthusiasm for fashion. 

Prior to joining as a marketing coordinator for GreenApple Real Estate , she worked for many years as a stylist for known fashion companies. Andrea excelled in figuring out what her clients needed and then delivering precisely that.  Her core competencies include being highly analytical and organized with great attention to detail and time management skills that allow her to excel under pressure. Andrea coordinates the marketing activities and she conducts the market research and evaluates current trends. 

Andrea enjoys playing tennis, traveling, she also enjoys New York City’s many restaurants and vibrant nightlife.
